Terms of Service
These terms cover what 13x currently offers: a free launch-readiness audit, optional account workspaces, the reports they contain, and an early-access waitlist. Nothing is sold and no payment details are collected.
What the service does
You submit a public URL. We request that page and up to 25 pages linked from it, read the responses, and report what we found along with suggested fixes. When a browser provider is configured, Evidence Replay may also execute the public page, capture it, measure rendered output and attempt visible consent controls in isolated browser contexts. Without that provider, client-only evidence is reported as unavailable rather than guessed.
What you may audit
- Sites you own or operate, or sites you have permission to test. Auditing a site is a small number of ordinary page requests, but it is still traffic you are causing.
- Not private, internal or authenticated systems. Requests to private network ranges are refused.
- Three audits per IP address per hour on the free tier. Do not automate around that limit.
The fixes are suggestions
Fixes are code you are free to use however you like, with no attribution. They are generic templates adapted to the framework we detected, and detection can be wrong. Read a change before you ship it, and test it. You remain responsible for your own codebase.
Operate briefs and instructions
Operate derives one product model from the public live site. The same crawl context supplies independent SEO, AEO, Marketing, Compliance and Security workstreams. Their outputs are implementation directives, answer briefs, campaign briefs, compliance checklists and remediation instructions for you to review. They are not automatically generated or published articles, and they do not replace professional review.
Repository connection is optional. If you connect GitHub and select a repository, you authorize 13x to read the bounded files needed for the requested plan. A plan may use Anthropic when model-assisted planning is configured. You must inspect the displayed full-file preview before requesting a branch. The service never pushes directly to the default branch, and it opens a pull request only after a second explicit action. You remain responsible for review, tests, deployment and merge.
Local gate, custom rules and monitoring
The downloadable gate makes network requests to the URL you supply and exits according to your selected severity threshold. You are responsible for the rules files and CI configuration you run. Scheduled monitoring compares fresh public evidence with a previous audit. Slack and Discord delivery requires a webhook you are authorized to use; third-party delivery is not guaranteed.
Collector installation
You may install the 13x collector only on a site you control or are authorized to administer. The collector is cookieless and privacy-minimized, but you remain responsible for your site's notices, consent choices, and any custom event metadata you send. Do not send names, email addresses, secrets, payment data, input values, or other personal data through event names or metadata. Use the manual-start option when consent is required before measurement.
We do not give legal advice
The compliance group checks observable facts: whether a policy page is linked and loads, whether a tracker runs before consent, whether fonts are fetched from a third party. It does not assess whether a policy is adequate, and it is not a substitute for a lawyer. 13x does not generate legal text.
Reports
Report URLs are unlisted and marked noindex, but they are not access controlled: anyone with the link can read one. You are responsible for who you share a link with. We may delete a report on request, and we may remove one that was created to harass someone.
Accounts
You may create one account for an email address you control. You are responsible for keeping your password and signed-in devices secure. Do not use another person's email address, attempt to access another workspace, share automated credentials, or work around the sign-in and recovery rate limits. We may suspend access used for abuse.
An account keeps audits started while you are signed in. It does not make report links private: anyone with an unlisted report URL can still open that report. Signing out or changing your password does not invalidate a report link you previously shared.
The waitlist
One signup per email address, and it must be an address you control. Joining requires confirming your email. Signing up unlocks the remaining fixes on the report you came from. Abusing that with automated or fake signups will remove your entry.
Referrals
A qualified referral banks one future Pro month for the referring account. A referral qualifies only when both the referrer and referred user have verified their email addresses and the referred user completes their first audit while signed in. Following a referral link can set a first-touch attribution cookie for 30 days.
A banked month has no cash value, is not transferable, and never starts a subscription automatically. Billing is not live. Self-referrals, unsolicited or deceptive referral messages, automated or fake accounts, spam, and fraud are prohibited. We may reject attribution or revoke a banked reward when those rules are broken.
Prices shown are not final
The plans on the pricing page describe what we intend to launch with. Nothing is charged today and no payment method is collected. When billing starts, subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled, and the terms in force at that point will be published here first. A banked referral month can be applied only after billing is available and you explicitly choose Pro; earning a reward is never that choice.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that an audit finds every problem, that a fix is correct for your setup, or that the service stays available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it.
